English is important and useful to us , How can we learn it well? Here are my suggestions.

First, we should often listen to the tapes ,English songs and English programs. Watching English movies is also helpful to us .Second, we should speak English in class as much as possible. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. The more you speak, the fewer mistakes you will make, we’d better join the English club and practice with others . Third, we can read more English newspapers and magazines. It’s good for us. At last, we should recite （背诵）some good passages and keep diaries . It is very important for us to keep healthy.

There are many ways to be healthy. We should eat more fruit and vegetables. We should exercise for at least one hour every day. We need enough sleep and rest , so it is important to go to bed early. Besides, we should wash our hands as often as possible. In my opinion, we mustn’t drink wine or smoke, They are bad for our health. We should also stay away from junk food.

There are lots of rules in my school. For example, we must clean our classroom every morning. I think it’s necessary for us to keep it clean . And it’s also good for our health .We have to wear school uniforms every day .I think the uniforms are ugly . In my opinion, we should be allowed to choose our own clothes or design our own uniforms. We can’t talk in the classroom. Keeping quiet is good for studying. We mustn’t play on the road. Playing on the road is very dangerous. Of course, we can’t fight with others, we should be friendly to each other. Besides, we can’t drink or smoke. They are bad for our health..

I think most of the rules are good for us ,we should follow them.

Hainan Island is in the south part of China. It’s the second largest island in China. It’s a good place to visit. The weather is warm. It’s neither too hot in summer nor too cold in winter(It’s neither too hot nor cold al the year round.) .On Island

Hainan , you could enjoy bright sunshine, fresh air and beautiful scenery. If you go there , you’ll never forget there forever.

There, you can see many banana trees and coconut trees, and you could enjoy bananas, coconut juice and all kinds of delicious seafood. There, you could find many beautiful beaches and walk along the seaside with your family or swim in the sea. You can go fishing and boating too. I think it’s the best place to visit. I’m sure you will have a good time there.

Everyone has different habits. Good living habits and behavior habits can make us healthy and happy. As a student, what should we do?

I think everyone should get up and sleep on time every day. Don’t play or watch TV all night. That is bad for health and affect our work . Don’t disturb our neighbors’ rest .We should eat more vegetables and fruit, but eat less meat. I advise everybody to take more physical exercises(do more sports). Don’t eat junk food. Don’t litter or spit everywhere. Of course , we can’t play on the road . We must obey the traffic rules. Don’t cross the road when the traffic light is red.

I’m going to study in the senior middle school in September. I can live either at school or at home. I can’t decide because both have advantages and disadvantages.
