生活垃圾机械炉排运动试验研究

【摘要】利用冷态试验装置，研究了在顺推式炉排和逆推式炉排上炉排倾角和炉排行程对垃圾运动的影响。根据垃圾输送量和混合率分析了垃圾的运动，得出相关参数之间的关系，从而为机械炉排结构的优化设计提供有效依据，实现焚烧炉内垃圾充分高效燃烧的目标。Tpending on the grate angle and grate stroke, the movement of MSW on the grates which move forwards and backwards has been tested on the cold-state experimental equipment. The trace of MSW has been analyzed according to the mass and the mixed rate of waste. The relationships of relative parameters have been got. It provides effective evidence for the optimization design of the grate structure and fulfills the high efficacy burning in incinerator
