制
摘要
本论文设计是根据招标文件的要求和其他的相关的文件编制锦绣东城住宅小区1#楼投标书。论文主要内容有商务标、技术标和投标报价策略分析三个方面。技术标分别有施工的方法、施工劳动力计划表、施工机械和周转材料的供应计划、工程技术的组织措施、施工的总平面布置图。商务标主要根据施工的图纸和清单计算规则来编制出工程量清单，计算综合单价和总价，编制投标文件来体现工程量清单的优势和作用。本论文设计的投标书中采用的是投标报价策略为不平衡报价法。

Abstract
