摘 要
本文是对170左曲轴箱零件加工应用及加工的工艺性分析,主要包括对零件图的分析、毛坯的选择、零件的装夹、工艺路线的制订、刀具的选择、切削用量的确定、加工工艺文件的填写。选择正确的加工方法,设计合理的加工工艺过程。此外还对170左曲轴箱零件的工序的加工设计了专用夹具.
本文主要对170左曲轴箱零件一个侧面上的孔尽可能多地一次加工到位,设计了钻底孔专用夹具设计。采用一面二销定位,手工螺旋夹紧方式,经过验证,稳定可靠,可以应用实践当中。

Abstract
This article is about the Pump body parts processing application and processing technology and analysis, including the parts of the plan, the choice of blank, the clamping, the craft route making, tool selection, the determination of cutting conditions, processing documents. Choose the correct processing methods, design the reasonable process. In addition to the stuffing box cover part two process designing special fixture.
This paper mainly on one side and 170 holes on the left crankcase parts as much as possible a process in place, design the special fixture design of drill hole. The two side pin positioning, manual screw clamping way, after verification, stable and reliable, and can be applied in practice.
