When a country develops its technology, the traditional skills and ways of life die out. It is pointless to try and keep them alive.To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

On the whole,I disagree with te point that in the topic.First of all,I want to say that＂the traditional skills and ways of life＂ isn’t belong to any country ,but instead that it’s belong to some area of culture or group.

The Adventure of Humanity just is Technological History in many ways:from the discovery of fire,to the invention of wheels,and to the development of internet,we have been continually advanced on basis of past skills.Some skills,for example Weapons of mass destruction,have negative influence.some other technique, for example the progress of the medicine,has inprove human life better and more longevous, therefore, technique changed our traditional way of life enormously. certainly,noone want to save de tradition of living in the cave.

Techniques can devote to conserve some tradition and life style actively.for instence,there is so few humen beings in some isle that common school can’t be establed,however,educationg departmeng can build remote education on the internet,insteed taking the chinleren to mainland

separation.For another exanple,internet school which would lead to their

mondern refrigeration techniques are used to store salmon,thus,anyo an

总体来说，我不同意题中给出的观点。首先，我想指出“传统技能和传统生活方式”并不想当然的属于某个国家，而是属于一定的文化或者群体。

在很多方面而言，人类文明史就是技术史：从火的发现，到轮子的发明，再到因特网的发展，我们一直在以前技能的基础上不断前进。有些技术，比如大规模杀伤武器，会有负面影响。另外一些技术，比如医学技术的进步，则积极地帮助人类生活的更加美好或更加长寿，因此技术极大地帮助了我们的传统生活方式。当然，没有人会想方设法去保存类似在洞穴里居住的传统。

有意思的是，科技还能对保存一些传统技能和生活方式作出积极的贡献。比如，有些小岛上人口稀少而不可能设立常规的学校，那么教育部门可以使用因特网进行远程教育，而不用把孩子送往大陆而使他们家人分离。再如，因特网以及现代冷冻技术正在被用来保存制作三文鱼的传统技术，这样，现在在世界的任何地方都可以订购，并能送货上门。

总之，我认为让传统跟现代科技共生共存无论如何都绝不是“没有意义的”，当然我并不是说所有技术都一定是有益的。我们不应该忽略技术，因为它可以是我们的朋友，支持我们的生活方式。
