Therefore, our country should make use of advantages, transplant and draw lessons from western countries’ advanced experiences, perfect our country disregard of corporate personality system as soon as possible, develop modern business enterprise with norm and our country economy . This article start from the birth and meaning of this system to the international comparative research and inspect our existing legislation of the relevant provisions ,Then analyze some of the problems which have emerged in practice of legislative and judicial systems in specific circumstance in our country, then give some suggestions.
