摘 要

从长期的战略目标来说，电脑彩票销售管理系统网站不仅是电脑彩票和服务的推广，而是通过Internet、企业内部网与企业外部网，将买家和卖家、厂商与合作伙伴紧密结合在了一起，因而消除了时间与空间带来的障碍。

电脑彩票销售管理系统提供了很多种搜索途径，可以从分类、新品、价格等途径进行搜索，快捷准确。与传统销售方式相比，在线销售可以够提供海量电脑彩票信息。电脑彩票销售管理系统中最突出的优点是：不再限制消费者的购买时间，扩大和巩固了客户群体，从而增加了彩票站企业的核心竞争力，节省实际开店所需要投入的成本和租用费用。

本文设计并实现了基于B/S模式的电脑彩票销售管理系统，JSP技术作为开发工具，使用MySQL作为数据库，实现了在线购买彩票、留言板、公告栏、用户管理、彩票管理等功能。

Abstract

From the long-term strategic goals, computer the lottery sales management system website is not only a computer lottery promotion, but through the Internet, corporate intranets and extranets, buyers and sellers, vendors and partners closely integrated in the together, thereby eliminating the time and space to bring the barriers.

Computer lottery sales management system provides a variety of search channels, can be retrieved from the classification, new products, specials and other ways, fast and accurate. Compared with the traditional way of selling, online sales can provide a massive digital product information. The most prominent advantage of computer lottery sales management system: the need to invest in no longer limit the consumer purchase period, the expansion and consolidation of the customer base, thereby increasing the the lottery service station core competitiveness of enterprises, and save the actual shop costs and rental costs ....

I designed and realized the computer lottery sales management system based on B/S mode, JSP technology as a development tool, using MySQL as the database,realized the online to buy lottery tickets, message boards, bulletin boards ,user manager ,lottery manager and other functions.
