Shanxi
Abstract: In recent years, the tertiary industry employment continues to expand the scale in Shanxi Province, but it still exits many issues like low employment proportion, unreasonable employment structure and the low efficiency of investment of the employment. The main reason for the formation of the tertiary industry employment problems is unreasonable social industrial structure, irrational investment structure and tertiary industry internal structural contradiction. Therefore, establishing new idea, eliminating the system obstacles, optimizing the industrial structure and investment structure is an important way to expand the tertiary industry employment in our province.
