Say 通常是用在 Sb say sth 这种句子上，表示谁说了什么，后面跟人的话要加TO(很少这样用)

TELL sb sth这句型用得最多，表示谁告诉谁什么

TALK 可以用在Sb talk with(to) sb 表示谁跟谁在谈话, TO 表示单向谈话 SPEAK sb speak sth 表示宣言和说话(正式用词)

例如 'SPEAK '后面还可以跟语言等表示能说什么语言,最后还可以用于抽象概念表示表明了什么

1. tell 意为“告诉、讲述”，指某人把某事、信息传送给别人或讲述一件事。tell的意思是“讲”、“告诉”，作及物动词，意为“讲述”、“告诉”，指把一件事或一个故事讲出来，有连续述说的意思

3. talk 意为“谈话、讲话”，如果只有一方对另一方说话时，一般用 talk to；如

果双方或多方交谈，多用 with。Talk 意思是“谈”，与介词to 或with 连用表示“与?交谈”，与介词。

如：Please talk to him right now. 请立即同他谈话。

He is talking with his friend. 他在和朋友交谈。 May I talk to you? 我可以和你谈一谈吗？

talk about /of表示“谈论?内容” 意为“谈论......”。

如： They are talking about the movie. 他们在谈论那部电影。

What are you talking about? 你们在谈论什么呢？

have a talk with 意为“与......交谈”。

4. say 意为“说”。 Say 意思是“说”，强调说话内容。 如： --\“你在说什么？”
