摘 要：The modernization of government governance is an inevitable

requirement for the moderniza- tion of national governance system and governance capacity. Big data based on information technology provides an important opportunity for the modernization of government governance and also brings new challenges. To cope with the challenges, government governance must use big data thinking to promote the openness of the governance structure; revitalize big data resources and promote scientific govern- ment decisions; apply big data technologies to promote intelligent management reform; and use big data to drive accurate performance evaluation; explore the value of big data and promote the diversification of public services.
