安康鱼鱼骨糖胺聚糖的提取及组成分析

【摘要】目的:提取安康鱼鱼骨中的糖胺聚糖并分析其二糖组成。方法以碱解-酶解法提取安康鱼头骨中的糖胺聚糖,检测提取物中总糖醛酸、总氮、总硫含量,并进行红外检测及高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析。结果提取物总硫含量与硫酸软骨素差别较大,红外图谱中指纹区域与硫酸软骨素标准图谱不符,酶解液相图谱与硫酸软骨素不同。结论该提取物并非硫酸软骨素,而是一种非硫酸化的糖胺聚糖。%Objective To extract glycosaminoglycan from bone of anglerfish and analyze the composition of the extract.Methods The glycosaminoglycan was extracted by alkaline enzymolysis. The contents of total uronic acid, total nitrogen and total sulfur of the extracted glycosaminoglycan was determined, FTIR and HPLC was also adopted to study the structure of the glycosaminoglycan.Results The amount of total sulfur content is significantly different with the theoretical value of chondroitin sulfate. The infrared spectrum of the fingerprint area does not accord with chondroitin sulfate standard atlas, and HPLC spectrum is different from chondroitin sulfate.Conclusion The extract a kind of non-sulfate glycosaminoglycan. 【总页数】3页(391-393)
