【摘要】Objective The feasibility analysis of heparin anticoagulant plasma in the clinical biochemistry test objective. Methods 80 cases in our hospital from 2013 annual treatment of patients as the research object, 4 ml venous blood were col ected and stored separately in the two branches of the same tube, wherein the 1 branch of heparin anticoagulant reatment, observation group;the other 1 as control group, to compare the main biochemical index of two groups of patients. Results In the observation group, GLU,Na+, K+and control group, P< 0.05. Other indexesbetween two groups, P>0.05. Conclusion Heparinanticoagulant plasma is suitable for inspection of 10 biochemical indexes, and the detection speed, but must pay at ention to cor ect the potassium ion concentration.%目的：分析肝素抗凝血浆在生化检验中的可行性。方法抽取我院2013年全年诊治的80例患者为研究对象，采集患者4 mL静脉血，分别保存在两支相同的试管中，其中1支行肝素抗凝处理，为观察组；另1支为对照组，对两组患者主要生化检验指标进行比较。结果观察组患者GLU、Na+、K+与对照组比较有显著差异，P＜0.05。其他指标两组比较 P＞0.05。结论肝素抗凝血浆适用于10项生化指标检验，且检测速度快，但要注意对钾离子浓度进行纠正。
