The Pygmalion effect reminds me of my experience in the junior school. At that time I was not good at math, but my new math teacher told me that I was very clever. I doubted at first. However, her smile and encouragement made me believe in my own ability. So I worked harder at math. Wonder worked at the end of that term! I made great progress in math! I owed my success to my dear teacher. It was her that made me develop my strong interest in math and became excellent in the subject.
