Approval of Foreigners' （couple reunion）Permanent Residence in China

夫妻团聚者（中国公民或者在中国获得永久居住资格的外国人的配偶，婚姻关系存续满五年，已在中国连续居住满五年，每年在中国居住不少于九个月且有稳定生活保障和住所的）

(Chinese resident or partner of the foreigner who has obtained a permanent residence permit in China, marriage relationship last at least 5 years, and stay in china at least 5 years, live in China at least 9 months per year with stable livelihood and residence)

1. 每名申请人一份申请表。本人或者未满18周岁未婚子女的父母或者被委托人，向主要投资地或者长期居留地的市公安局申请。

Each applicant holds one application form. One or parents of unmarried person under 18 years old or principal needs to apply in investment destinations or city Public Security Bureau located in Long-term resident place 2. 申请人有效的外国护照或者能够代替护照的证件

Applicant’s valid passport or other certificate that may be used instead of the passport

3. 四张二英寸近期正面免冠彩色照片（白底）

4 2-inch size recent full-face color photos color photos (white ground, bareheaded)

4. 经中国政府指定的卫生检疫部门出具的或者经中国驻外使，领馆认证的外国卫生医疗机构签发的健康证明书。健康证明书必须是在申请前6个月内进行身体检查并按照规定出具的具有合法有效的健康证明

A health certificate issued by a health quarantine agency designated by the Chinese government or by a foreign health quarantine agency recognized by the relevant Chinese embassy or consulate; Health should be examined within 6 months before application and heath certificate should be valid and legal.

5. 经中国驻外使，领馆认证的国外无犯罪记录证明。境外的主要生活地（连续居住留2年以上）以及在我国国内均没有犯罪行为的记录

A certificate of no criminal record in the country concerned as issued by the relevant Chinese embassy or consulate; 6. 夫妻团聚者有关证明资料：

Support information for couple reunion:

1. 中国籍配偶的常住户籍证明或者外国籍配偶的《外国人永久居住证》

Chinese spouse’s permanent household register or foreign spouse’s Foreigner's Permanent Residence Card 2. 婚姻证明

Marriage certificate

3. 经公证的生活保障证明（生活保障证明指按照受理机关所在地每月最低生活保障金数额为标准，有相当于10年以上存款数额的可支配资产或受理申请后5年内较稳定的每月不低于该标准的个人收入来源证明。既可以是申请人一方的财产和收入，也可以是共同财产或收入）

Notarized living guarantee (living guarantee is based on the standard of minimum living guarantee of application area, disposable capital shall reach at least 10 years’ deposit amount(10 years’ minimum living guarantee) or monthly personal income shall be no less than minimum living guarantee in 5 years after application accepted. It can be applicant’s property and income; also can be common property or income)

4. 经公证的房屋租赁或者产权证明

外国有关机构出具的上述证明需经中国驻该国使，领馆认证

The above-mentioned certificates as issued by a foreign agency shall be subject to the authentication of the Chinese embassy or consulate in the country concerned.

注：夫妻团聚人员申请时应存在婚姻关系。申请之前申请人在华合法短期停留或留学，任职等居留的时候可计入本条规定的居留期限

Note: marriage relations shall still exist when working on application. The period of short stay or overseas study before application will be included in residence time.
