摘要
作为电气互联技术的主要组成部分和主体技术的表面组装技术即SMT,是现代电气互联技术的主流。经过20多年的发展,目前SMT已经成为现代电子产品的PCB电路组件级互连的主要技术手段。相关资料表明,发达国家的SMT应用普及率已超过75%,并进一步向高密度组装、立体组装等技术为代表的组装技术领域发展。组装技术的不断发展必将对组装工艺及相关设备的发展提出新的要求。如何缩短运行时间、加速转换时间,以及不断地引入具有大量的引脚数量和精细间距的元器件成了如今的贴装设备所面临的严峻挑战。选择合适的贴装设备以满足现如今的应用需要是一项相当困难的决定,但却是一项非常重要的选择,因为电子产品装配的生产能力和多功能适应性对贴装设备的依赖性相当大。新型贴片机为了更快地提高生产效率,减少工作时间,正朝高效率双路输送结构方向发展。双路输送贴片机在保留传统单路贴片机性能的基础上,将PCB的输送、定位、检测、贴片等设计成双路结构。这种双路结构贴片机的工作方式可分为同步方式和异步方式。同步方式是将两块大小相同的PCB由双路轨道同步送入贴装区域进行贴装,异步方式则是将不同大小的PCB分别送于贴装区域。这两种工作方式均能缩短贴片机的无效工作时间,提高机器的生产效率。贴片机的发展永远都是电子制造行业中最令人关注的领域,目前电子技术的发展对贴装设备不断提出新的更高要求,反过来电子元器件贴装设备的新发展又有力地推动着电子组装业的发展,进而推动着电子技术的发展。目前随着贴装设备市场的不断成熟,从一个平台到另外一个平台的差异愈来愈小。正因为如此,贴装设备的购买者所关注的内容应该超出说明书,对设备评估是全面的,不仅看硬件而且还应关注软件,并

ABSTRACT
Internet technology as the main electrical
