摘 要

由于能源危机和化石燃料燃烧带来的环境污染,寻找出环境友好的可再生能源是十分必要的。甲醇不仅是一种重要的化工有机溶剂,还是一种极具潜力的新型生物燃料。顺应国家新能源政策,对实现可再生资源的能源化具有重要的意义。

通过翻阅大量的资料,本设计首先确定了提纯工段的设计方案。针对于当代甲醇精馏工艺,仅对甲醇塔3进行优化设计,对粗甲醇进行进一步精制。对于塔设备的选择,本设计选择浮阀塔。在给定相关工艺参数(其中原料液处理量F=43.17kmol/h,进料温度为70℃,要求塔顶产品的甲醇含量不少于99.5%;塔底残液的甲醇含量不大于0.5%)的基础上进行了物料衡算,确定相平衡方程和操作线方程;然后采用逐板计算法计算出了精馏塔的理论塔板数,由此得到实际塔板数32块,总的人孔数为3,塔径D=3.06m,塔高H=21.2m,以及冷凝器、再沸器及离心泵等附属设备的工艺参数,从而对这些设备进行了选型。最后绘制了相关的工艺流程图及精馏塔设备图。

Abstract

Because of the energy crisis and environmental pollution caused by fossil fuel combustion, it is very f necessary to find out the environmental friendly renewable energy. Methanol is not only an important chemical organic solvent, but also a potential new biofuels. In order to conform to the new national energy policy, it has the vital significance to use the renewable resources as energy

After reading a lot of data, firstly, the design scheme of distillation section has been established. For contemporary biological methanol distillation process, No.3 of methanol column has especially been chosen to optimize design to refine crude methanol. The float valve tower has been selected as the tower equipment. Based on the related process parameters (including the material liquid handling capacity F=43.17kmol/h, feed temperature 70℃, with requirements for content of methanol in supertower product not less than 99.5%, content of the residual liquid n-butanol in the bottom tower less than 0.5%), the material balance has been done and the phase equilibrium equation and operating line equation have been established. Then using method of step-by-step calculation to calculate the theoretical plate number, the results are the actual number of plate Np=32, the total number of the manhole 3, tower diameter D=3.06, tower height H=21.2 respectively. According to the relevant process parameters, model of the

condenser, the reboiler, centrifugal pump and other ancillary equipment has been selected. Finally, the relevant process flow diagrams and diagrams of distillation equipment have been drawn.
