北京地区的一个新建集中锅炉房

摘要
本设计的题目是北京某院一新建集中锅炉房,用以满足该院采暖用热、生活及饮用水需求和医院等的用汽需要,根据《锅炉与锅炉房设备第四版》,该说明书主要阐明了由一台燃气蒸汽锅炉和一台燃气热水锅炉共同组合而组成的民用锅炉房的设计方法以及详细的计算说明过程,并兼顾了燃料消耗低,初投资少,经济技术合理的原则。
本次新建集中锅炉房的设计说明书主要包含了包括以下几个部分:锅炉型号及台数选择;给水和热力系统设计;送风及排烟系统设计;燃汽系统设计。
(1).锅炉型号及台数的选择。本设计共选取两台锅炉,不选取备用锅炉; (2).给水和热力系统设计。包括水处理能力的确定,水质软化方法及设备的选择,除氧设备,热网循环水量及循环水泵的选择,热网补给水量及补给水泵选择等;
(3). 送风及排烟系统设计。包括单台锅炉燃气消耗量,理论空气量,以及实际烟气量和总烟囱高度等;
(4). 燃汽系统设计。包括总耗燃气量,确定燃气系统方案并作管径选择,选择调压器等。

Abstract
The paper of this design is for the new central boiler rooms of the plot in Beijing. The purpose of the design is to satisfy the heating system, the water requirements of daily life and drinking, and vapor requirements of the hospital. According to “technology and equipment of boiler rooms”, This paper mainly clarified the design method design principle and the detailed calculation process of the life boiler consists of the gas water boiler room and the gas steam boiler room, and the principle of lower fuel consumption, economy and technology reasonable, and smaller one-time investment.
This paper mainly include several main parts as follows: the model number
and quantity of boiler, the design of water system, heat system, supply air system, purging system, and gas system.
(1) the model number and quantity of boiler: this design totally choose two boilers without spare boilers.
(2) the design of water and heat system: this part mainly conclude the capability of water treatment, method of water demineralization and equipment selection, deoxidize equipment, the choice of water circulating pump and water consumption of circulatory heat network, water supply of heat supply network and choice of make-up pump.
(3) supply air and purging system: this part mainly conclude the boiler fuel consumption of single, theoretical air , and the actual flue gas volume and chimney height.
(4) gas system: this part mainly conclude totally consumption of fuel gas, certain the scheme of fuel gas system and choose pipe diameter, certain the governor piston.
