采煤机的液压系统,由牵引液压系统、截煤滚筒调高系统和破碎滚筒调高系统三部分组成。其牵引液压系统包括主油路系统、操作系统和保护系统。
采煤机的调高系统由截煤调高系统和破碎调高系统组成。
液压传动系统的设计是整机设计的一部分,它除了应符合主机动作循环和静动态性能等方面的要求外,还应当满足结构简单,工作安全可靠、效率高、寿命长、经济性好、使用维护方便等条件。 关键词:牵引液压系统;调高系统;系统设计
Abstract
The liquid which adopt coal machine press system, from lead a liquid to press the system, piece coal roller to key up system and broken up roller to key up system three part constitute.It lead a liquid to press system to include the lord oil road system, operate system and protection system.
