课程简介（250-300字）：

该课程主要是一门应用类课程。在该课程中对涂料分类、命名方法做了介绍。对主要涂料品种（如环氧类涂料、酚醛类涂料、聚氨酯类涂料、聚酯涂料）的制备方法进行了较为详细的讲解：包括所需要的化学原料，中间所发生的化学反应（包括聚合反应）的反应方程式、反应条件，同时发生的副反应，及各种影响因素，都进行了详细的分析。对于主要涂料品种进行了配方分析和配方计算。对主要的涂装方法进行了介绍。介绍了主要的粘合剂品种，对于主要的粘合剂品种进行了配方分析。作为一门应用类课程，在课本中还包含大量的生产实例。通过该课程的学习，使学生对于目前市场上主要的涂料和粘合剂有一定的认识。

Course Description:

The course is mainly an application type. In the course the coating classification and nomenclature are introduced. The preparation methods of the main coating species (such as epoxy coating, phenolic coating, polyurethane paint, polyester paint) have been explained in more detail:

Including raw materials, chemical reactions (including the polymerization reactions)， the reaction equations, the reaction conditions, simultaneous side-reactions, and various influencing factors. For some main coating types, the coating formulations are also analyzed. The main methods of painting are introduced. In addition, the main types of adhesives are introduced, and the formulas of the some adhesives are analyzed too. As an application type course, there are a large number of production examples in the textbook. This course helps students to have perceptual knowledge on the current market of the coatings and adhesives.
