摘要
本文首先从选题的意义和背景入手,对群体、正式群体、非正式群体等相关概念进行了界定;并概述了国内外的研究现状。
其次选取了玉林市玉州区大塘中心小学五六年级共159名学生作为研究对象,使用问卷调查法和访谈调查法调查了小学高年级学生非正式群体的存在现状并进行了分析。
最后,本文对非正式群体的引导策略进行了深入论述,得出如下结论:(1)正确认识非正式群体;(2)区别对待各种非正式群体;(3)抓好对核心人物的教育;(4)发挥学校、家庭、社会的作用。

Abstract
First start with the meaning and background of the topic of this article, Groups, formal, informal groups, and other concepts related to the definition; And an overview of domestic and foreign research status.
Then select the yuzhou ponds central primary school in Yulin city five or six-year total of 159 students as research objects, Investigation using questionnaires and interviews by investigation of the present situation of informal groups of students in higher grades and analyzed.
Finally, the article on class management strategies for an in-depth discussion of the informal group. The following conclusions can be drawn: (1) correct understanding of informal group; (2) differentiate between the various informal groups; (3) to grasp the core of education; (4) the schools, families, social role to play.
