摘要
随着经济全球化与国际经济一体化的不断推进，各国之间的经济合作越来越频繁，也越来越成为各国经济发展的一大支柱，自贸区的设立在这时显得尤为重要。上海自贸区从，年9月挂牌以来，一直是大家关注的热点话题。建立中国上海自由贸易实验区是新一届政府应对国际经济环境变化的重大举措，也是中国经济进一步深化改革的必经之路。中国深化改革过程中，上海自贸区的设立，不仅可以提升中国经济发展进程，同时也深化我国改革发展，上海自贸区对经济发展产生一定的影响，具有积极的意义。
本文首先介绍了上海自贸区的基本情况，并对其主要作用进行了详细分析，然后基于SWOT对上海自贸区的发展进行了分析，并进一步分析了其对中国经济贸易的影响，最后针对上海自贸区潜在的问题，提出了相关的对策与建议。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economic globalization and international economic integration continues to advance, the economic cooperation between countries has become more and more frequent, more and more is also becoming a pillar of national economic development, the establishment of CAFTA is particularly important at this time appear. Shanghai free trade zone from the year September, since listing, has been a hot topic of concern to everyone. The establishment of Shanghai free trade China experimentation area is a major measure for the new government to cope with the international economic environment changes, the only way which must be passed Chinese economy is the further deepening of reform. The process of the reform of Chinese deepening, the establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, not only can improve the process China economic development, but also the deepening of China's reform and development, Shanghai free trade zone has a certain influence on the economic development, has the positive significance.
This paper first introduces the basic situation of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, and its main function is analyzed in detail, and then based on the development of SWOT in Shanghai free trade zone are analyzed, and further analysis of its impact on the China economic trade, in view of the Shanghai free trade zone of potential problems, puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
