亿时代公司员工流失原因及对策研究
摘 要
随着现代市场经济环境的改善,中小民营企业成为了我国市场经济体制的重要组成部分。然而目前我国中小民营企业中人员流失的问题十分严重,这一问题制约了民营企业的可持续发展。员工是企业最重要的资源,企业竞争归根结底就是企业人员的竞争。中小企业人员流失问题严重,如何有效地解决人员流失问题以增强我国中小企业的市场竞争力,这将是我们面临的一个非常严峻紧迫而具有现实意义的问题。本文围绕中小民营企业员工流失的问题展开了详细的分析和讨论。结合了亿时代数码科技开发公司的实际情况,在借鉴一些研究成果的基础上分析了企业员工流失的原因,最后根据我国人力资源管理的现状,对企业中员工流失的因素进行了详细的分析。本文采用了理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法,从企业内部的人力资源管理层面提出了解决员工流失的相应对策及建议。通过本次的研究希望对亿时代数码科技开发公司员工高流失率的问题上的研究有参考价值和帮助。

Million Times Company Staff Turnover Causes and
Countermeasures for Analysis
Abstract
Along with the development of modern market economy environment improvement ,small and medium-sized private enterprises become an important part of the market economy system in our country .However ,at present our country small and medium-sized private enterprises in the staff turnover problem is very serious ,constraints on the sustainable development of private enterprises .Staff is enterprise’s most important resources ,enterprise’s competition in the final analysis is the enterprise competition .Serious problems of the small and medium-sized private enterprises staff turnover ,how to effectively solve the problem of staff turnover in order to enhance the market competitiveness of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises will be we are faced with a serious and urgent realistic problem.This thesis surrounding the drain problem of small and medium-sized private enterprises on the detailed analysis and discussion .In combination with the practical situation of million times digital technology development company ,in reference to some research reasons of the loss of employees ,according to the present situation of human resource management in our country ,in enterprise staffs loss factor are analyzed in detail .How to reduce staff turnover ,on the human resource level gives the corresponding solution countermeasures.
