摘 要
本设计是CA6140拨叉的加工工艺规程及某道工序的专用夹具设计。CA6140拨叉的主要加工表面是三面两孔。一般来说,平面的加工精度要比孔的加工精度更容易保证。因此,本设计遵循先面后孔的原则,并将孔与平面的加工明确划分成粗加工和精加工阶段以保证孔的加工精度。先将第一个待加工表面零件的左端面加工出来,再以底面为粗基准加工零件顶面,并以零件的顶面作为精基准以完
?0。021成以后的孔的加工。所以选择以零件左端面作为粗基准,以?250的孔作为精
基准,整个加工过程选用组合机床,在夹具方面选用专用夹具。考虑到本零件结构的特殊性,以及所需的夹紧力较小等原因,本零件的夹紧方式采用螺旋夹紧机构。
