论述建设工程档案管理存在的问题及其解决措施
摘要：建设工程档案是工程项目管理中的一个重要环节，它的好坏，直接关系到建筑工程日后的维修、改建、扩建和管理，影响企业的经济效益。本文结合笔者多年的档案管理经验以及条例规范，对当下工程竣工档案管理中存在的问题进行了详细的论述，并提出了相应解决措施，可供参考。

abstract: the construction project files engineering project management is one of the important links, it is good or bad, directly related to the construction of the future maintenance, reconstruction, extension and management, influence the economic efficiency of enterprises. the author discusses the archives management experience for many years and regulations the specification, to the project completion file the problems existing in the management are discussed in detail, and proposes the corresponding solution measures, available for reference.
