摘 要

VLAN即虚拟局域网，是一种通过局域网内的设备逻辑地而不是从物理划分成一个个网段从而实现虚拟工作组的新兴技术。一方面VLAN建立在局域网交换机的基础上；另一方面，VLAN是局域网交换网的灵魂。是否具有VLAN功能是衡量局域网交换机的一项重要

指标，网络虚拟化是将来网络发展的主要趋势和大潮流。本论文的主题阐述了VLAN定义与特点以及分类和作用。首先介绍一下VLAN的定义，其次是介绍其分类方式和各自的优缺点，最后就是具体介绍VLAN的配置方法。VLAN充分体现了现代网络技术的重要特征：高速、灵活、管理方便和易于扩充。

Abstract

VLAN is the virtual local area network , is a new technology of equipment through the LAN logical and not unreasonably divided into segment in order to realize a virtual working group, a VLAN based on LAN switches; on the other hand ,VLAN is the soul of LAN switching network .

Have VLAN function is an important index to measure the LAN switches, network development and trend .The theme of this paper elaborates the VLAN definition and characteristics and the classification and function . The first is to briefly introduces the definition of VLAN, secondly , introduces the classification and their respective advantages and disadvantages , after the concrete is VLAN configuration method. VLAN fully reflects the important characteristics of modern network technology ; high speed,flexible , easy management and easy expansion .
