摘 要
在电子商务时代,物流发展进入集约化阶段,一体化的物流配送中心不仅是提供仓储和运输服务,还必须开展包括配货、配送以及各种提高附加值的流通加工服务在内的物流项目,此外还可以按客户的需要提供其他服务。在电子商务环境下,物流业是介于供货方和购货方之间的第三方,是以服务作为第一宗旨。因此,如何服务好,便成了物流企业管理的中心问题。电子商务时代,物流的信息化是电子商务的必然要求,要想提供最佳的服务,物流系统必须有良好的信息处理和传输系统。良好的信息系统能够提供较好的信息服务,以赢得客户的信赖。
本文首先简单讲述了电子商务、配送的一些基本概念,其次结合电子商务对物流配送在各方面的影响,电子商务在我国的现状和发展情况,及存在的问题和解决的方法,并通过淘宝配送与电子商务的研究,有效地了解电子商务对淘宝物流配送的影响。

Abstract
In the era of e-commerce, the development of logistics has entered into the phase of intensification. The logistics delivery center of integration is serviced not only for the provision of storage and transformation, but for the delivery and other logistic item including various circulations processing service as to increase the added-value. Other services that in need is also available at the request of the customer. In the context of the e-commerce, logistic industry is the third party between supplier and purchaser with the first principal of service. Thus, how to

serve well is the core problem of the Enterprise Logistics Management. In the time of e-commerce, it is imperative to realize logistic informationization characterized by good information processing and transformation provided the optimal service is in need. Good information system could offer better service to win the customer’s trust.
The article begins by briefing the basic conception of e-commerce and logistics. Secondly, it dwells on the status and development of e-commerce in our country, as well as its existing problems、 corresponding solutions and measures through its effect on various aspects of logistics. Finally, the advancement of e-commerce and logistics is well known by the study of Taobao Web.
