所用的设备有:卧式双面中心钻床、CA6140、特种多刀车床、立式铣床、摇臂钻床、攻螺纹机床、液压床、辊道、清洗机、检验台、外圆磨床、动平衡机。
夹具有:顶尖、V形块、偏心卡盘分度夹具。钻直孔专用夹具、钻斜孔专用夹具。 刀具有:90度车刀、R3圆弧车刀、铣刀、φ10、φ20钻头、砂轮、切断刀。 量具有:千分尺、游标卡尺、专用卡规。
6.切削用量及工时定额确定
(1) 铣曲轴两端面并从两面钻中心孔时:(T1=T辅 T2=T机 T3=T工 T4=T休)
切削用量:ap=5
由表7.3-5得:f=0.5mm/r 由表7.3-11得 v=16m/min 则n=318x16/22=231.3=232r/mm
工时定额:由表7.4-1得钻中心孔时机动时间为:lf=2/dxcotkr=2/22xcot120=18.7 T2=lw+lf/fxn=26.66+18.7/0.5x232=0.4min
