摘 要
本文主要介绍了印染废水的水质特征及各种处理技术,并以工程设计实例说明了印染废水处理的一般流程。设计实例为日处理量4000吨的印染废水,所用的染料主要为靛蓝和硫化黑。设计实例采用了印染废水典型处理工艺:“水解酸化+生物接触氧化”的方法。
对4000m3/d 的印染废水采用水解酸化与接触氧化工艺进行处理,通过废水的水解酸化反应,把难降解的高分子物质转化为较小的分子,从而改善废水的可生化性,为接触氧化创造条件。设计中采用铁碳体微电解、水解酸化和生物接触氧化相结合的工艺,对调节池、沉砂池、铁碳体微电解塔、水解酸化池、生物接触氧化池、二沉池等的排序和规格进行设计和计算。通过此设计,废水可达到挂膜好,处理效果稳定,CODCr去除率在85%以上。在通过铁粉在印染废水中的内电解作用和紫外光作用下的光化学氧化作用,使其色度和CODCr又有大幅度降低,多数情况下可以保证出水水质达标。

Abstract
The main introduction of this text prints and dye the water quality characteristic of the waste water and various kinds of treatment technologys, and has explained the general procedure of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment with the engineering design instance . Wastewater by hydrolytic of 4000m3 / d of dyeing acidification and contact oxidation process, the hydrolysis by water acidification, the degradable polymer material into smaller molecules, thereby improving the biodegradability of wastewater, for the creation of contact oxidation conditions. Body used in the design of carbon micro-electrolysis of iron hydrolysis acidification and a combination of biological contact oxidation process, the regulation pool, grit chamber, the body of carbon micro-electrolysis of iron towers, hydrolysis acidification tank, biological contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, etc. sort and specifications for design and calculation. With this design, wastewater biofilm can be achieved good results and stable handling, CODCr removal rate above 85%. In printing and dyeing wastewater by iron inner electrolysis and UV pHotochemical oxidation under the action, so there are a significant reduction in color and CODCr in most cases to ensure that water quality standards.
