摘 要

传统的药品包装材料主要是金属和玻璃。跟据对药品包装市场的研究表明，今后将向纸板箱和泡罩包装转变。如欧洲市场的药品包装材料市场的年销售额32.46亿美元中，容器和纸板包装各占25%，泡罩包装占22%。就包装材料而言，纸和纸板箱销售额则占37%，塑料占28%，金属占20%，玻璃仅占9%。

连续立式热成型—充填—封口机是一种多功能包装机，各个包装工序分别在不同的工位上进行。包装机上设置若干个薄膜输送机构，其作用是输送薄膜使其通过上述各工位，完成泡罩包装工艺。国产各种类型泡罩包装机采用的输送机构有槽轮机构、凸轮-摇杆机构、凸轮分度机构、棘轮机构等，可根据输送位置的准确度、加速度曲线和包装材料的适应性进行选择。针对本机的适应性，作者将使用偏心轴完成间歇运动的控制，连续运动则由齿轮、链轮等传动机构联合控制。

冲裁是包装机工作中最后一道工序。它是把封合、打印好的成型膜片按预定的数量和排列形式冲切成板块的装置。从传动上来看，主要有两种形式：一种是凹模固定，凸模运动；另一种是凸模固定，凹模运动。对于本机来说，采用前者。

ABSTRACT

Conventional drug packaging materials, mainly metal and glass. According to the drug packaging market research shows that the future will change in cardboard boxes and blister packs. Such as the European market, drug packaging materials market, $ 3,246,000,000 in annual sales in each container and 25% of cardboard packaging, blister packaging accounted for 22%. For packaging materials, paper and cardboard boxes sales accounted for 37%, plastics 28%, 20% of metal, glass, only 9%.

Continuous vertical hot forming - filling - sealing machine is a multifunctional packaging machine, each packaging process at different stations were carried out. Set a number of packaging machine film conveying mechanism, and its function is to carry them through the above-mentioned film station, complete blister packaging process. Various types of blister packaging machines made by the transportation sector grooved wheel mechanism, cam - rocker, cam indexing mechanism, ratchet mechanism, etc., according to the location accuracy of transmission, acceleration curves and adaptive selection of packaging materials . Adaptability for the machine, the completion of the eccentric shaft is used to control intermittent motion, continuous motion by gears, sprockets and other transmission joint control.

Blanking is a packaging machine at work last process. It is the sealing, printed patch according to a predetermined shape and arrangement of the number plate of the device into the form of red. From the transmission point of view, there are two forms: one is the fixed die, the punch movement; the other is fixed punch and die movement. For this machine, the adoption of the former.
