顶推法在桥梁施工中的应用
摘要:随着我国桥梁建设的发展,顶推法在桥梁施工的应用越来越广泛,甚至已成为桥梁建设的一个重要发展方向。顶推法施工最大的优势是设备简单,施工平稳,噪声低,施工质量好,也大大的节约了劳动力与设备,同时也克服了梁体在顶推时对墩体所产生的往复性的水平方向的力,主要适用于曲线桥梁、等截面直线桥梁或中等跨度的桥梁。笔者就顶推法在桥梁施工中的应用展开论述,以期为同行的实践活动提供有益参考。

Abstract: with the development of bridge construction in our country, pushing method has got more and more wide application in bridge construction, even has become an important development direction of bridge construction. 前言
由于桥梁建设的特殊性,这就使得对技术人员有着特殊的要求。一般来说,在柔性墩上采用多点顶推工艺架设桥梁具有占用土地少、对桥下交通干扰小、施工安全、设备简单等优点,在桥梁工程上得到普遍应用,我国采用顶推法施工的桥梁如表一所示。而随着我国顶推法的广泛应用,顶推施工及其配套技术、设备将会不断完善,自动连续顶推新工艺必将在全国推广应用。在预应力设计得到进一步改善后,采用顶推法施工在直接成本方面同样是节省的。顶推法是适合我国国情的一种较好的建桥方法,其发展前景是广阔的。就目前来看,采用顶推法建造的其他形式的桥梁,这不仅扩大了顶推技术的应用范围,也取得了良好的经济效益。
顶推法施工的工作原理
顶推法施工是通过千斤顶施加水平推力,借助滑道或滑块将梁逐段或整段向前顶推,就位后落梁,更换正式支座。
