There are many different ways we can get out into the natural world, such as hiking, cycling, camping and climbing. Cycling is my favourite. I join a cycling club, and often go out with other members. While cycling, we can forget our worries and have fun together. Also, we can learn to be a part of a team and help each other.
Whatever you do, remember to stay safe. When you’re outside, it’s better to be with your parents or friends.

Fu Yuan has been left at home since he was one month old. His parents left to work in Fujian. For the past eight years, Fu has only seen his parents three times although they sent home 500 yuan every two or three months.
Fu Xiaoyu, 16, has to live alone since her grandmother died three years ago. Her parents didn′t want to give up their jobs in Guangdong. Also they couldn′t afford the cost of sending her to a school in the city where they work.
