钢铁工业烧结烟尘电除尘技术的特点及应用

摘要:电除尘器具有除尘效率高、阻力损失小、处理烟气量大且耐高温和耐腐蚀等优点,被广泛应用于各行各业的烟气除尘中。而对于具有粉尘比电阻较高、 黏度大、含湿量大、烟温高、化学成分复杂等特点的烧结机头烟气,在电除尘器技术上有相当难度。本文作者针对钢铁工业烧结机机头烟气特点,结合烧结烟尘排放标准,从电除尘电场特性、清灰技术等方面,讨论了烧结机电除尘相关技术问题,并给出应用实例。 关键词:钢铁工业;烧结烟尘;电除尘技术

在钢铁工业烧结生产过程中产生的主要污染物是粉尘,粉尘治理以电除尘器为主要净化设备,电除尘器具有运行费用低、阻力小、处理烟气量大、除尘效率较高的特点 随着环保要求日益严格,污染排放实行总量控制及节能减排要求,寻求更优良的除尘效果是大势所趋。 1 ?? 烧结机头的烟气特性
目前烧结行业普遍采用低温、厚料层的烧结工艺, 使机头的烟气处理、 除尘系统的维护与日常运行管理更加困难。烧结机机头烟气特点主要有以下几点: ?? 粉尘成分复杂, 而且K2O、 Na2O 粒径细,密度小, 极易产生二次飞扬;烟气负压大,一般在1.5 ×104~ 2. 6×104Pa之间,易使设备漏风,易产生电晕封闭现象;粉尘比电阻高,一般在1010~1012Ω·cm,使粉尘荷电后在极板上不易放电而产生反电晕现象;含湿量较高,一般在 10%左右,并含有较高的 SO2成分,使烟气具有较高的露点温度;烟气温度波动幅度大,温度变化在 100~180;粉尘中氧化钙、钾、钠含量高, 粉尘黏度大, 易出现结块现象。
