废旧汽车回收利用策略分析

摘 要
随着我国汽车工业的迅速发展，汽车保有量持续增长，废旧汽车的增长速度也是惊人的。废旧汽车回收利用不当，容易造成对环境、交通秩序、人民的生命安全等一系列的社会问题。为使我国废旧汽车回收利用健康发展，本文从废旧汽车的回收利用性、废旧汽车、回收利用的企业的经济性这三个方面进行分析，对废旧汽车的回收策略进行了研究。
首先，从我国废旧汽车再生利用的现实出发，借鉴国外废旧汽车再生利用的经验，对比分析我国废旧汽车再生利用的优势和劣势，介绍了再生利用技术、再生利用工艺和再生利用设备等。
再次，分析了废旧汽车回收利用正常发展必需解决的问题，以及如何对回收利用过程中造成的污染进行防治，提出了废旧汽车回收利用可行的方案。 最后，对废旧汽车回收利用企业经济性进行了研究，分析了废旧汽车回收企业的主要项目的投资估算与资金筹措问题、经济性问题、风险和支撑条件问题。

ABSTRACT
Along with the rapid development of Chinese automobile industry, automobile quantities, the sustainable growth of growth is amazing. Using improper discarded cars, causes to the environment, traffic, people's life safety and so on. It makes our old car recycling waste from the healthy development of the automobile, the paper recycling discarded cars, technology, the enterprise of recycle economy analysis.It syudies the three aspects of the recovery processing.
Firstly, from our old car recycling waste reality and foreign automobile recycled experience, it compares and analyses of the recycling of waste cars in China, and it introduces advantages and disadvantages recycling technology, recycling process and recycling equipment etc.
Secondly, it analyzes using the normal development of discarded cars solving problems, and recycling process of pollution prevention and puts forward the feasible scheme for recycling.
Finally, it analyzes the enterprise's main projects of investment estimate and financing issues, economic problems, risk and supporting conditions.
