规范化护理管理在基层医院感染预防中的管理效果分析

【摘; 要】目的：分析规范化护理管理在基层医院感染预防中的应用效果。方法：2016年4月—2017年6月，在基层医院感染预防中，未应用规范化护理管理体系。2017年8月—2018年12月，在基层医院感染预防中，应用规范化护理管理体系。对比应用规范化护理管理前后，对基层医院感染预防的效果。结果：应用规范化护理管理前，医护人员对医院感染管理的满意度为76.27%，明显低于应用后应用后96.83%，差异有统计学意义（P 【关键词】规范化;护理管理;基层医院;感染预防

【Abstract】 objective： to analyze the application effect of standardized nursing management in the prevention of infection in primary hospitals. Methods： from April 2016 to June 2017， the standardized nursing management system was not applied in the infection prevention of primary hospitals. From August 2017 to December 2018， standardized nursing management system was applied in the prevention of infection in primary hospitals. Comparison of the application of

standardized nursing management before and after the hospital infection prevention effect. Results： before the application of standardized nursing management， the satisfaction of medical staff on nosocomial infection management was 76.27%， which was significantly lower than 96.83% after the application， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Before the application of standardized nursing management， the hospital infection rate was 27.12%， significantly higher than 3.17%， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the application of standardized nursing management in primary hospital infection prevention effect is outstanding， worthy of clinical promotion.
