1. Role Purpose Statement

Take charge relevant raw material planning and delivery, and keep material support to production

smoothly. Keep good communication with suppliers; make sure all PO details (Price, qty, payment term etc.) are correct.

3. Responsibility

3.1 Primary Responsibility

1) Do the material requirement planning according to production plan.

2) Release PO and follow up PO signature and send PO to suppliers and do the filing.

3) Daily communication with suppliers for forecast and requirement change, follow up delivery 4) Follow up daily operation with suppliers’ key persons,

5) Follow up VMI implement daily operation according to VMI flow chart. 6) Do the job which are requested by material manager

3.2 Secondary Responsibility

1) Follow up Suppliers’ cost, including freight and handling charge, try to help to reduce suppliers’

cost and reduce company’s cost.

2) Keep close communication with suppliers, and avoid any mistake and missing.

3) Train current suppliers and improve their services and quality to achieve company’s level. 4) Cooperate with PMC manager to search new suppliers according to company’s requirement.

4.1 Education Qualification

1) above college , university degree in Business management

2) At least 1 years or above relevant work experience, or excellent communication skills (English and

Chinese) if without relevant experience.

3) The delivery from responsible suppliers on time, the delay percent is less than 2% by quarterly,

and hasten percent is less than 2% by monthly.

VMI Material Control Job Description for VMI

Manage warehouse (VMI) inventory, make sure have clear IN/OUT record.

Keep good communication with production supervisor, very clear production requirement.

Keep good communication with supplier, make sure VMI inventory is enough for Flextronics schedule.

Daily inventory report to supplier and Flextronics production and Buyer. Confirm Flextronics daily consumer, and sign reheated ticket. Confirm weekly consumer and feedback information to supplier. Keep VMI warehouse environment, to achieve ISO requirement. Feedback inventory report to supplier, control supplier's delivery. Prepare material will be issued according to Flextronics plan. Receive Flextronics' PO and pass PO to suppliers.
