一、系统设计方案总则
1、系统功能概述

使用JA-2000全新概念停车场智能管理系统的本停车场项目将充分体现这几个特点。
2、系统基本功能及特点

※ 智能卡操作刷卡无需接触,操作更为方便。 ※ 全中文菜单式操作界面,操作简单、方便。 ※ 完善的财务管理功能,自动形成各种报表。
※ 滚动式LED中文电子显示屏提示,使用户和管理者一目了然。 ※ 独特的车牌号录入、显示系统,大大提高停车场防盗措施。 ※ 车辆入、出全智能逻辑自锁控制系统,严密控制持卡者进、出场的行为符合“一

3、设计目标及原则
3.1、目标

? 先进成熟的技术和设备,保证系统运作安全、可靠与稳定;
? 合理布局,提高系统的服务质量,缩短服务时间,增加场内停车流量和收入。 ? 实用性、实时性、完整性原则; ? 可扩展性及易维护性原则。
4、管理体制
管理体制总的思想是现场无人看管,完全智能化,管理人员可以在车场环境外的任意固定地点对于车场执行完全控制权,完成各种统计、监视、报警、引导等功能,大大降低了管理人员的劳动量,并可以为业主提供一种全新的现代化气息。
5、系统的构成与设计
根据贵车场的实地情况及贵方提出的要求,现为您设计一套适合贵车场管理的方案以供参考,详见如下:
整个停车场的管理系统实行中央电脑集中监控,并采用感应式中距离ID卡控制进出车辆,使停车场的管理建成方便,安全,高效的控制体系。
停车场管理系统由两个车道出入口、并分车道行驶、图象型感应式ID卡、电脑收费管理系统组成。
一个出入口系统用1台电脑管理,电脑配置必须满足系统的要求。监控中心安装一台用于做停车场管理电脑,作为停车场系统的数据处理中心和发行新卡、图像对比及收费的工作机。(如果是采用两进两出或多进多出,则只需把两个或多个一进一出的管理计算机进行联网,通过组成局域网的方式进行数据共享与交换。)
