医学院校专业“课程思政”建设的探索

摘; 要：“课程思政”是加强医学院校学生思想政治教育的重要途径，为更好地发挥“课程思政”的协同育人效应，本研究通过强化基础医学课程建设管理、提升教师的育人意识和能力、挖掘基础医学课程蕴含的“思政”元素、创新教学手段和教学载体、发挥第二课堂重要作用等措施进行基础医学“课程思政”建设，将基础医学与思政教育有效衔接、有机融合，贯彻全员全过程全方位育人，为培养德才兼备的高素质医学人才打下坚实的基础。 关键词：课程思政;基础医学;医学院校

In order to give full play to the synergistic effect of \， this study aims to strengthen the management of basic medical curriculum construction， enhance teachers' educational awareness and ability， excavate the elements of \contained in basic medical curriculum， innovate teaching means and teaching carriers， and give full play to the second course. The important role of the school and other measures are to carry out the construction of \， effectively link up and integrate basic medicine with ideological and political education， and carry out all-round education in the whole process， laying a solid foundation for training high-quality medical talents with both moral and talent.

“课程思政”是在马克思主义基本立场观点方法的指导下，以课程为载体，充分挖掘蕴含在专业知识中的思政元素，自觉地把学生的专业知识、人文和思政素质恰当融合，把思政元素贯穿并渗透于专业课程教育教学活动的全过程，助力学生综合能力的全面发展。“课程思政”是当前高校思想政治工作的新理念新模式，是各方高度关注的问题[1]，也是高等学校在新时代构建全员全过程全方位育人格局，系统落实立德树人的根本举措。

医学院校担负着培养医学人才的重任，医学院大部分学生未来都将治病救人，因此，医学院校应高度重视对医学生思政素质的培养，在思想政治理论课程教育的主阵地之外，要充分发
