要:为解决PCCP管断丝管节加固难题,研究并发明了一种基于预应力钢绞线与锚具的管道预应
力加固技术。首先采用数值模拟仿真方法分析管外加固有效性和合理性,再根据相关规范和理论提出摘
加固体系的计算方法和布置方式,最终由现场原型管加固试验验证加固体系的加固效果。介绍了该项预应力加固技术的结构组成、实施原理、技术特征及其使用方法;该装置及其使用方法提出了管道加固的新工艺,可适用于PCCP断丝管节加固。关键词:PCCP管道;加固;预应力材料

Abstract:PCCP(PrestressedConcreteCylinderPipe)iswidelyusedindomesticandforeignprojects.BreakageofprestressedwireinPCCPisthemaindefectthatendangersthesafetyofthispipelinestructure.Howtoreinforcedefectivepipelinesisanim-portantissueinthemanagementandoperationofPCCP.Prestressedsteelring,carbonfibercomposite,excavationandreplace-goodenvironmentaladaptabilityandsim-mentarecurrentlyusedtoreinforcethedefectpipe.Becauseofitshightensilestrength,
pleconstruction,theprestressedmaterialhasbeenusedtorepairPCCPinLibya'sGreatManmadeRiverProject.Domesticre-searchandapplicationofusingprestressedmaterialtoreinforcePCCParestillinitsinfancy.Inordertosolvetheproblemofre-pairingdefectivePCCP,akindofpipereinforcementtechnologybasedonprestressedsteelstrandandanchoragewasstudied.Firstly,numericalsimulationmethodisusedtoanalyzetheeffectivenessandrationality.Then,accordingtotherelevantstandardandtheories,thecalculationmethodandlayoutmethodofthereinforcementsystemareproposed.Finally,theeffectoftherein-forcementsystemisverifiedbythetest.Thestructurecomposition,implementationprinciple,technicalcharacteristicsandappli-cationmethodoftheprestressingreinforcementtechnologyareintroduced.Thedeviceandapplicationmethodputforwardanewtechnologyofpipelinereinforcement,whichcanbeappliedtotherepairandreinforcementofdefectivePCCP.Keywords:PCCP;reinforcement;prestressedmaterial
