Shall they wait here or outside? ⑤should 用来征求对方意见或请求指示,用于第一人称。语气委婉。如:Should I turn off the radio? ⑥will 用于征求对方意见或请求指示,用于第二人称。如: Will you give him a massage when you see him? ⑦would 用于征求对方意见或请求指示,用于第二人称,语气委婉。如:— Would you like some bananas? — Yes, I will. / No, I won’t. / Yes, please. (2) else与other的用法 ①else副词,“别的、其它的”之意,修饰疑问代词、不定代词,放于其后。如:What else did she say? 她还要说什么? Let’s try something else. 让我们试一试别的吧。 ②other 形容词,“别的、其它的”之意,修饰名词,放在名词前面。修饰名词单数时,须与no, any, some等连用。如: What other things did you see? 你看见了别的什么东西吗? Would you mind teaching me? 你介意教我吗? (3) mind意思是“介意、反对”,通常用于否定句,疑问句,其后动词用 v-ing 形式。否定式为mind not doing sth.如: Would you mind coming to my birthday party? 你介意来参加我生日聚会吗? Would you mind not parking your car here? 请你不要在这儿停车好吗? mind sb. / sb’s doing sth. 介意某人做某事。如: Would you mind my/ me singing here?你介意我在这儿唱歌吗? would you mind…? 做……你介意吗? 这是委婉请求的表达方式。回答表示同意要说 “Not at all.” (完全不介意) 或Of course not. (当然不反对)。回答表示不同意要说 “Yes, please don’t (是的, 请别…)”,“I’m sorry… 或 I’m afraid you’d better not”等表示委婉的拒绝。如: Would you mind teaching me? 你介意教我吗? Not at all. / Of course not. 一点不介意。/当然不反对。 Would you mind my / me singing here? 你介意我唱歌吗?
