Friedman’s third part of story
The man told them that he was the high priest in the
original village, and his surname was Jones! Only once when they went out to sea and made money in small business, a mysterious, dragon like water monster broke their boat. The captain was a man who was afraid of death, so he slipped away in the boat. So, he was struggling in the water until, exhausted, he saw a jar of wine and the dying old horse outside.
Hearing this, little Jones couldn't hear any more. He said, \are my grandfather who has been missing for many years!\Old Jones was silent and said: 'how can you be so sure? There are more Jones in the world \mention, his name is Jones Dog, you know that, right?” Asked Jones. The old man becomes reticent. After a while the old man chokes through sobs:”Gr…gr…ands…o…n!” Jones also responds: “Grandpa!!!!!!” And sobs, “I really revere you, but cries for can’t see you. William walks silently out of the little room seemed like a miniature air raid shelter.
After the “mini Lyric chat” they reinvigorate back. They
decided to make a small fortune ship [a kind of old boat] to “escape” this island. Before making the boat, they come up
with a name of the island:”Reunion Island”
?
The boat was built easily. Not till the third day, the boat was finished building. Then they step on the way for home. On their way, a powerful storm blew them northwest of the land. According to observation, they found that the position was 30 degrees and two minutes south latitude. They found a rock half way off the ship's chain; But the wind was so strong that they were driven straight into it, and the ship broke on the rocks. They put the lifeboat out to sea and tried their best to get away from the ship and the rocks. By my reckoning, they had only gone three leagues, and there was no more strength for them, for the three of them had run out of steam in the boat, and was at the mercy of the waves. After about half an hour, a strong wind came from the north and overturned the boat. So they had to be pushed forward by the wind and waves to see that they were going to die and could struggle no more, and suddenly they felt that the water was too deep for them, and that the storm had greatly abated. It was about eight o 'clock in the evening, Jones thought. All people were exhausted to the utmost and despair. Old Jones simply passed out.
