【摘要】2011年10月23日，windows7系统的推出让等待许久的电脑玩家得到了一款功能强大，运行效率出色而又美观易用的操作系统。它是对windows vista的全面优化，让广大电脑玩家终于可以摆脱windows xp这个老旧的系统，进入一个全新的电脑应用世界。作为专业电脑行业来说其实这是一个新的挑战与机遇，因为现在品牌电脑都会给自己生产的电脑预装正版windows7操作系统，但是一般都是windows7家庭普通版，这样对于普通电脑客户来说会出现比如说操作或windows7升级方面的问题。本文旨在于通过对于windows7系统的介绍来说明电脑销售终端如何通过技术问题来提高销售与技术攻关问题。
