中职中药专业学生人文素养现状调查及对策分析

摘 要 人文素养是当代学生的基本素养，随着国家对职业教育的重视，人文素养已经逐渐落实于中等职业教育中，但还是存在部分中职生对人文素养缺失的情况。本文主要通过对中职中药专业学生的人文素养进行现状调查及结果分析，提出相应的对策，主要从教师、教学内容和校园文化建设这三个方面来提高中职中药专业学生的人文素养，为提升中职中药专业学生的人文素养提供坚实的理论和实践基础。 关键词 中职中药专业 人文素养 现状 对策

Abstract Humanistic quality is the basic quality of contemporary students. With the national attention to vocational education， humanistic quality has been gradually implemented in secondary vocational education， but there is still a lack of humanistic quality of some secondary vocational students. This paper mainly through the investigation and result analysis of the current situation of the humanities quality of the students majoring in Chinese medicine in secondary vocational school， puts forward the corresponding countermeasures， mainly from the three aspects of teachers， teaching content and campus culture construction to improve the humanities quality of the students majoring in Chinese medicine in secondary vocational school， so as to provide a solid theoretical and practical basis for improving the humanities quality of the students majoring in Chinese medicine in secondary vocational school.

人文素养通常是指做人应该具备的基本态度和基本品质，其核心主要是指人的人生观与世界观，包括贯彻在人们言行及思维中的理想、信念、道德、价值等，具体来说，人文素养包括人文知识和人文精神，是关于“人” 的素养，核心就是“学会做人”。[1]随着国家对职业教育的大力支持，人文素养的教育近年来逐渐进入职业教育领域并逐步受到重视，中国职业技术教育学会会长鲁昕在考察中职学校教育情况时也曾指出，中等职业学校教育不仅要增加学生的专业技术含量，更要增加文化知识含量，强化人文素养的培养。[2]在我国经济转型的关键时期，中等职业教育旨在培养应用型人才，越来越注重“专业”和“技能”的培养，重点关注中职生获得职业岗位所需的专业知识和技术，而淡化了育人功能，导致中职生的人文素养缺失。特别是中
