Mine safety monitoring system

Abstract: Although the present our country's testing equipment in mine is diversiform, but due to the complexity of underground environment, it is difficult to achieve the comprehensive monitoring, and affected by all kinds of underground working environment lead to equipment performance is not stable, maintenance cycle is short, testing data is not accurate, expensive maintenance funds and so on, had a great influence on production. This paper designed and implemented for some safety factors under the mine detection and monitoring, the downhole testing and monitoring the concentration of harmful gases, as well as to the underground work environment monitor temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure, when the gas concentration and temperature and humidity will automatically alarm when more than upper limit. With STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the master control core, the system hardware circuit mainly includes LCD12864 LCD display circuit, AD conversion circuit and humidity sensor DHT11 detection circuit, MQ - 2 smoke sensor detection circuit, methane sensor MQ - 4 sensor detection circuit, MQ - 7 carbon monoxide sensor circuit, BMP0805 pressure detection circuit, etc. In the software design using C language programming, design has the detection of underground mine safety monitoring system and harmful gas, temperature and humidity and air pressure, etc. System has simple operation, stable performance, high cost performance, etc, with good use value.

此次设计能顺利完成首先感谢黄杰老师对我的悉心指导,在设计过程中,老师给了我很多宝贵的建议让我模糊的设计思路清晰了不少,在论文指导上,老师也很耐心的帮助我改正错误,指导我写好论文,使我的论文能够提高到一个更高的层次,使我顺利完成了本毕业设计。完成了我大学的最后一个设计,使我大学生活圆满画上句号。还要感谢帮助我的同学们,在我制作电路板过程中和编写程序过程中给我的帮助和指点。本次设计过程可谓困难多多,硬件电路设计虽然不是很难,但由于器件较多所以花时间较比别人多,而软件部分,程序的编写可谓是耗时最长的,但同学和老师的帮助让我顺利的将此次毕业设计程序编写完成。本次设计让我明白了怎么去设计一套完整的设计思路,怎么去考虑存在的一些客观问题,也加深了我对大学所学知识的了解,让我懂得去思考和关注现阶段各方面需要解决而我们可以去帮助解决的问题,提供给我们思路,让我们去创新。

非常感谢生活中帮助我的同学、老师,还有我的父母和朋友。是他们在我困难时激励我去面对和解决困难,也非常感谢给位老师能在百忙中帮我审阅论文。
