7, Building structural parts

Building structural, piping support; Help Haiyi company complete the base of structure design.

The design include the whole area of the power station in this project, fire control, heating ventilation, lighting, communication. The designer supply the all of the equipment list, material list, installation diagram, construction drawing an so on. 第五条 发包人与设计人相互提交的有关资料、文件及时间：

Article 5. Relevant materials, documents and time submitted to the designer by the employer.

第1阶段：概念设计

1、 合同签订时，发包人即提供天然气元素分析资料、海水水质资料，电站当地气象资料和当地震烈度资料；燃气轮发电机组及余热锅炉资料。 2、合同生效和收到上述有效资料后45天内设计人提供概念设计文件： 1）初步概念GA图（PDF格式）

2）3D渲染的图像（五个视图，PDF格式） 3）3D动画解说（长达一分钟） 4）概述功能规格说明书

5）粗略订购成本，建立和组件预算细目 第2阶段：修改概念设计的内容

初步概念设计审查后, 修改概念设计的内容提给NAMCO。需要调整和修正内容需经有关部门审定。

第4阶段：招标船厂合作协调的补充基础+安装 Stage 1:The concept design

1. When the contract signed, the employer must supply the analysis data of natural gas, water quality data of sea water, local weather data of power plant, local

earthquake data, MS9001E gas turbine generating unit data and HRSG data. 2. After contract become effective and receive the availability data above in 45 days, the designer supply the concept design. Draught concept GA drawing (PDF format) 3D rendered images (up to five views –PDF format) 3D walkthrough / fly around (up to one minute) Outline functional specification

Any amendments needed to the concept can take place after the initial presentation to NAMCO . there will need to be some tweaks and revisions following the statutory authorities and reaction I am sure. Amendments to concept.
