基于Web2.0的研究生个人知识管理模式研究

摘 要 通过分析当前研究生个人知识管理存在的问题,结合Web2.0的优势,构建基于Web2.0的研究生个人知识管理模式,并详细探讨该模式的实施步骤。结果表明:基于Web2.0的个人知识管理模式可以有效地促进知识的获取、交流、分享和创新,从而达到促进研究生个人知识管理的目的。

Abstract Through the analysis for the existing problems of personal knowledge management, a personal knowledge management mode
for the graduate students is established, combined with the advan- tages of Web2.0, such concrete implementation steps are further
analyzed. The results show that: the personal knowledge manage-ment mode based on Web2.0 can effectively promote the acquisition, communication, sharing and innovation of knowledge, so as to achieve the aim of promoting personal knowledge management for graduate students.
