【摘要】Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of CT and high resolution CT for coal worker pneumoconiosis with small opacity and opacity meld and emphysema.Methods:30 cases of patients with coal worker pneumoconiosis,30 cases without pneumoconiosis and 30 cases of healthy non-worker with check-up were as the research object,which had multislice CT and high resolution CT scan.Results:During 30 cases of patients with coal worker pneumoconiosis,the diagnostic sensitive rate of CT and high resolution CT was 96.7%.30 cases of coal workers without pneumoconiosis diagnosed by X-ray,6 cases of patients(16.6%) had level 1 of small opacity.During 30 cases of patients with coal worker pneumoconiosis,26 cases of patients had Ⅰ~Ⅱ stage, CT and high resolution CT diagnosis found 5 cases of patients with Ⅲ stage and 2 cases of patients with Ⅳ stage.The emphysema index diagnosed by CT was significantly higher than X ray(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sensitivity and accuracy of CT and high resolution CT for coal worker pneumoconiosis with small opacity and opacity meld and emphysema were higher than that of X-ray diagnosis.%目的：探讨CT和高分辨CT对
