1、编制依据、原则、技术标准
1.1编制依据
(1)招标文件; (2)设计施工图纸; (3)设计施工图纸补疑文件;
(4)现行的国家和交通行政主管部门颁发的施工规范、规程和验收标准; (5)我单位对现场和周围环境调查所获得的资料。
1.2编制的原则
(1)优化配置生产资源,采用新技术、新材料、新工艺确保本标段各项工程均达到优良等级;
(2)科学合理安排施工工作面和工作程序,确保工期按期完成; (3)加强现场指挥和管理,确保施工生产安全;
(4)合理布置施工现场,保护好周边环境,科学文明施工。
1.3技术标准
(1)桥梁跨径:5×25+5×25+5×25+(42+72+42)+5×25+5×25+5×25; (2)桥梁宽度:20.25米(0.5米+18.75米+1.0米); (3)桥面横坡:双向2%;
(4)航道等级:规划IV级航道,通航净空55×7m; (5)设计荷载:公路-I级; (6)地震烈度:按7度设防。
