河湖水环境问题及管理和治理模式

摘要：本文首先介绍了我国当前的河湖水环境现状，分析了我国水资源存在的一系列问题，主要问题包括水体污染和富营养化;河湖面积严重萎缩，河湖水的功能逐渐退化;难以降解的有机污染物污染量加大。有针对性地提出了改善我国河湖水环境的管理以及治理模式，进一步落实了保护河湖水环境工作，加强水资源周围生态环境的文明建设，实现河湖水环境的可持续发展。

Abstract： This article first introduces the current status of the river and lake water environment in China， and analyzes a series of problems in China's water resources. The main problems include water pollution and eutrophication; the area of rivers and lakes has shrunk， and the functions of rivers and lakes have gradually degraded; it is difficult to degrade The amount of organic pollutants has increased， and targeted management and governance models have been proposed to improve the water environment of rivers and lakes in our country. Further efforts have been made to protect the water environment of rivers and lakes， strengthen the civilized construction of the ecological environment around water resources， and realize the sustainable development.

随着我国经济与社会的快速发展，城市生活废水以及工业污染废水不断排放到周围的河湖水中，导致河湖水环境面临着很大的生态压力，甚至存在破坏情况。数据显示，我国将近 80%的湖泊水体存在富营养化现象，有 40% 以上的河流水体已经遭受了污染，无法为人们直接提供生活用水[1]。我国的水资源污染问题十分严峻，主要体现在水生态恶化、水污染严重以及水资源短缺的现象当中。河湖水环境治理相关工作人员有着艰巨的工作任务，河湖水环境治理的效果不明显。
