On February 17th, I was on my return journey from Qingyuan to Foshan after I spent some time visiting my grandparents. The whole journey, which usually takes us only about two hours, took us more than six hours to get home because of traffic jams. I saw two traffic accidents on the journey caused by the drivers who drove too fast and didn't keep enough distance from others. Besides, I felt surprised to see that the ground in the service area was covered with rubbish and that the walls in the washing room, in which it smelt bad, were covered with flies. I think our country has a long way to go to improve people's quality. 读写任务 (One possible version)
The author was taking a taxi when a guy jumped out of a parking space and almost caused an accident. The guy yelled out. However, the taxi driver just smiled and waved at him.
Unlike the taxi driver, most people will get angry with those who do them wrong or even fight if they can't control themselves. I can't admire the taxi driver any more because he can smile when faced with the rude guy. Indeed, it's very important for us not to let others' nonsense or rudeness ruin our mood and to get back our focus on the
important point. Take the taxi driver in the article for example. Can you imagine what would happen if he got angry and shouted at the guy? At least, he would be unhappy all that day.
As for me, most of the time I try not to let others' mistakes ruin my day and try to be happy.
