InspectioInspection Item 检查项目: OBA Requirements 技术要求 n methods 检验方法 Cosmetic 1） In the trial run phase, the whole pallet should be Visual Inspection 出货外观检查 Inspected. And in the MP phase, got samples according to AQL. 目测 在试产阶段,整个货盘需要全检,在量产阶段,依据AQL抽样检查。 2) Check that there's no part missing. 检查无部件缺失(话筒、话筒线、说明书两份，支架两个、Box label); 3) Check the product S/N and the same as label outside the carton (ref.label sample).Check the logo of customer printed clearly. 确认在产品里的产品序列号跟纸盒上标签一致(参考标签样品)。确认标签logo打印清晰。 4) Check the gap between upper lower shells, the spec is <1.0mm; 上盖下盖之间的缝隙SPEC为<1.0mm; 5) Check the alignment is lower than 0.3mm; 错位应小于0.3mm; 6) Check the flatness is lower than spec 0.4mm（Size1&size2）0.5mm (size3); 平稳度应小于规定标准0.4mm（Size1&size2）0.5mm (size3); 7) Refer to OBA samples to confirm the tempo printer content is correct. 根据OBA样品，确认丝印内容正确； 8）Shall be no readily visible appearance affecting defects on the condition of 30cm distance under normal fluorescent light. If a defect is readily visible, see table to determine whether or not or exceeds allowable size limits. 30cm自然灯光下，无可见影响外观的缺陷，如果上述条件下发现一个可见缺陷，可根据外观缺陷尺寸限度来决定是否可以接受. 9) Check the bottom cover according the reference sample, AQL 合格质量 水平 Result 结果 confirm there is no more parts; 确认后壳是否正确，是否多件（参考样品） 10) Check if the screw is in good position and the quantity is 5pcs(size1) or 6pcs(size2&size3; 检查螺丝是否在正确的位置,小尺寸后壳确认数量为5颗,中大尺寸确定为6颗; 11) Check if the stand foot rubber is in good position and the quantity is 2pcs ; 检查脚垫是否在正确的位置,确认数量为2个; 12) After the inspection, pack the phone well and make sure there's no missing part. 测试OK后，将话机重新包装好，并再次确认无部件缺失(话筒、话筒线、说明书两份，支架两个、Box label)。 13) Check that there‘re no damage and corrosion with the box, or not allowed. 检查纸箱无破损和腐蚀,否则不予接受. OBA Test 出货功能测试 Functional 1) 通电开机后，按“C”、”*”、”4” 开始自检后，测试数字以及功Visual/ 能按键是否响声正常，并用马蹄铁检测hook灵敏度。 keys to have normal sound.
